Good

The bed was very comfortable, room was nice and we had a cool terrace with hammocks to hang out on with a view of the Ocean.

There were many mosquitoes, also in the room, so facilities for preventing that, for instance mosquito webs in front of all windows, could have been better. Also, we expected the Place to be close to a sand beach based on the pictures, which it wasn’t.

Nothing the room was nasty and they try to get inside our room form the window at 2:00 am

good Location, only 2-3 km from the beach hotspot away, very friendly staff :)

It was loud, there was every night partys in the neighbor house.

The worst I ever have seen.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen and it should be blacklisted from ever renting again. There was nothing that I liked.

The room flooded and the rain came through onto the bed. They double booked our room and suggested we stay in another city. This place is a death trap.

Storm weekend, 1st room was flooded, second room had rain water. Spoke to acting manager, he promised us food for compensation "after" I paid, and then decided that he no longer would honr our agreement, of course, after I paid. he only offered us 2 kinds of tacos so we only had like $15 worth of food compensaion for a $200 weekend of nothing but lack of power and wet bedsheets. I know its Covid and we are all struggling, but "WE" are all struggling.

Better management. No etiquette for a hotel, restaurant.

Only location

The room was not good, as it was a lot of mosquitos in the room because of the wooden door which has holes. As it was the season of the mosquitos in the Mexico, it was disaster 2 night in this hotel. The mosquito net of the bed was not helpful. Staff was not on the reception, so check-in and check out (jus left the key near reception, as it was no one there) process was bad. Also was bad lightning in the room, very dark. And one day it was party on the top, so can hear everything very good and it was very annoying. We were planned to stay more for one day but moved to another hotel.
